Restoration of a Temporary Resident Status

If one has failed to apply for an extention of his/her Temporary Resident Status on time, it's not the end of the world. The CIC gives up to 90 days to appy for status restoration, provided that the applicant can satisfy and meet all other immigration requirements. I recently applied for my extention Temporary resident (Visitor) on 12 August 2010.
I find out that I gave the wrong Client ID No. on the IMM 1249.
My visitor visa was expire on 26 September 2010.
How should i do next?
