    I m wasim, new in Canada as a international student. I want to do degree in Toronto. I have done 3years degree in India. I want credential on my certificates. I want admission in 3rd or 4th year of degree in any college or university. I m a student of Seneca college on 2 years diploma program. College has lost my bank draft. Even after doing degree from back home it is worthless to do diploma here. that is why I want to change the college as well as the course Can u do it?

    Ya you can change the institution, provide you've the acceptance letter . you can get your credentials evaluated through WES [ www.wes.org ] or UofT [ www.utoronto.ca ] .
