    I am trying to find answer of my question,but unfortunately I can't.I hope that here somebody will help me

    I was married, but actually I and my ex-husband are separated since 2006. In the last 3 years we live in different countries. The divorce procedure has been started oh Feb 2008 and has just finished. During the last year and half, I live with my present partner. We can prove our relationship with joint bank account, invoices, bills, pictures etc. I would like to know how I can apply for Canadian skilled working visa together with my common law partner.
