id like some advice ? sounds silly but here goes . i came to canada on a working visa from australia.
was going to apply for temp residency..
got sick ..
in a panic realizing it was soon expiring i contact centre, i was told to send the wrong forms in..
for extension.
Now ive been told to leave. all i want to do is stay and work here , i plan to get married to my fiancee
and now im pregnant . so i would leave and come back but now i cant and to make matters worse ive misscarraged 2 already so a plane is not the greatest option,
i still work , i thought i wouldnt have a problem with the extension i just want to do the right thing!
with the internet research ive done.
we were told my fiancee can sponsor me but i want to make sure?
or can we apply for restoration?
we were planning to marry anyways .
but now im totally stressed out! can anyone help?? -

Either you can apply for TRP [Temporary Resident Permit] . More information on this can be found here :- http://www.cic.gc.ca/ENGLISH/information/applications/guides/5554E3.asp
Or your spouse can sponsor you for PR as in this case legal status is not a requirement. On February 18, 2005, the Minister announced a new public policy under which legal immigration status is no longer a requirement for spouses and common-law partners of Canadian citizens and permanent residents in Canada, who wish to apply for permanent resident status provided that they have an eligible sponsor. However, all other eligibility requirements continue to apply. -
