    The process of applying for the Diversity Lottery online can be frustrating and the US State Department has announced that Millions of applications are disqualified every year for failure to comply with rules and regulations of the Green Card Lottery program.
    The problem is that when you apply they do NOT tell you if you entered incorrect information and without knowing it you are now disqualified from the lottery.
