  • Alberta [AB} :
    The Alberta PNP is designed to meet the needs of Alberta employers who are unable to fill skilled and select semi-skilled positions with Canadian citizens or permanent residents of Canada.
    Individuals nominated by the Province of Alberta, together with their spouse and dependent children, are eligible to apply for a permanent resident visa through CIC as a Provincial Nominee. CIC grants priority to processing permanent resident visa applications for Provincial Nominees. CIC makes the final decision on the permanent resident visa application.

    British Columbia [BC] :
    The Strategic Occupations component of the BC PNP supports BC employers who need to recruit or retain qualified foreign workers to help meet their current and future skill needs, and whose activities contribute to the Province’s economic development objectives. The employer and the prospective employee (nominee candidate) submit a joint application to the program.

    The MPNP is an economic program which selects skilled workers who have the training, work experience, and language ability to be employed in Manitoba and make a positive contribution to the provincial economy.
    Applicants to the MPNP must be able to clearly demonstrate they are employable in Manitoba and have a strong potential to settle successfully and permanently in this province.

    If you are interested in immigrating to Nova Scotia, the Provincial Nominee Class may be your preferred option. The Nova Scotia Nominee Program (NSNP) offers a quicker entry into Canada for qualified workers and experienced entrepreneurs who intend to settle and become permanent residents in Nova Scotia. There are five main streams: Skilled Worker Stream , Family Business Worker Stream , Community Identified Stream , International Graduate Stream , Economic Stream .

    Ontario’s Pilot Provincial Nominee Program (Pilot PNP) launched on May 24, 2007. In this first year, the Pilot PNP will nominate 500 individuals. Please note that the Pilot PNP is employer driven. This means that you can only apply if your employer is pre-screened, the position is approved, and your employer provides you with a nominee application package from the Pilot PNP. The Pilot PNP has two Categories: an Employer Category and a Multinational Investor Category.
